You can troubleshoot vRealize Operations Manager by opening and reviewing logs that are organized in an expandable tree of vRealize Operations Manager files.

In the left pane, click Administration.

Select Support > Logs.

To see a list of log files for a particular category, double click the folder.

To load a file in the viewer pane, double click the file.

Review the file for errors or other messages.
