You can set the log level for the vCloud Air plug-in log file to control the level of information that is saved in the log file. For example, you can set the level to ERROR if you only want to see error information or to DEBUG if you want to send the log file to VMware technical support.

Go to the vSphereWebClientInstallDir/vmware-vsphere-client/server/configuration directory.

On Linux, vSphereWebClientInstallDir is typically /usr/lib/.

Open the serviceability.xml file for editing.

Locate the following lines.

<logger level="INFO" additivity="false" name="com.vmware.vcim">
                        <appender-ref ref="VCLOUDAIR_LOG_FILE" />
          </logger>

Change the value of logger level="INFO" to the level you want.

You can choose from the following options.

ERROR

Logs errors only.

WARN

Logs errors and warnings.

INFO

Logs errors, warnings, and informational messages.

DEBUG

Logs debug information in addition to errors, warnings, and informational messages. Use this level if you want to send logs to VMware technical support.
