Your cloud inventory does not appear in the vCloud Air plug-in.

You installed the vCloud Air plug-in and registered your vCloud Air account with it but your cloud inventory does not appear.

Your cloud inventory may not appear in the following cases.

You did not register using a vCloud Air Account Administrator account. The plug-in requires an Account Administrator user role.

You are trying to access Virtual Private Cloud OnDemand. The plug-in only supports the following vCloud Air services: Dedicated Cloud, Virtual Private Cloud, and Disaster Recovery.

Sign out and register again with the required credentials.


In the navigation pane on the left, navigate to vCloud Air Services.


Click the Summary tab.


Click Sign in as a different user.

You are logged out.


Click Register vCloud Air account and register with an Account Administrator role.
