An organization virtual datacenter (organization VDC) is a deployment environment for virtual systems owned by the containing organization, and an allocation mechanism for resources such as networks, storage, CPU, and memory.

The system administrator creates one or more VDC templates and makes them available to administrators in tenant organizations. As a tenant organization administrator, you can instantiate these templates add VDCs to your organization. You can also modify some VDC properties, and disable or remove VDCs you no longer need.
