For Technical Support, file a Support Request (SR) through standard VMware process available at My VMware.

After you log in to your My VMware account, select the vCloud Hybrid Service problem category under Technical Product. Next, select the VMware vCloud Air product family, highlight the VMware vCloud Air Object Storage powered by Google Cloud Platform radio button, and select your Service ID.
