A root user can create a support bundle in the vCloud Automation Center Appliance management console or for IaaS components. These bundles can help VMware support staff to identify causes of issues you might encounter.

Use the following procedure to create a support bundle for a vCloud Automation Center Appliance

Navigate to the vCloud Automation Center Appliance management console by using its fully qualified domain name, https://vcac-va-hostname.domain.name:5480/.

Log in and navigate to vCAC Settings > Logs.

Click Create support bundle.

Click Download and save the file on your system.

You can use the support bundle to troubleshoot issues on your own or to send to your VMware support representative.
