System administrators can group workflows in different folders and then define workflow categories per tenant. By doing this, a system administrator can grant users from different tenants access to different workflow folders from the same vCenter Orchestrator server.

Log in to the vCloud Automation Center console as a system administrator.

Select Administration > Advanced Services > Default Orchestrator Folder.

Click the name of the tenant you want to edit.

Browse the vCenter Orchestrator workflow library and select a folder.

Click Add.

You defined the default vCenter Orchestrator workflow folder for a tenant.

Repeat the procedure for all of the tenants for which you want to define a default workflow folder.
