If the status of an agent changes during the period between automated refresh cycles, you do not immediately see the change. You can initiate a refresh to immediately display the current status of the agents and to view any installation-related error messages.


Select the aggregated item in the vSphere Web Client navigator that contains the virtual machines whose status you want to refresh, and click the Manage > Hyperic Agents tab.


Click the Refresh Hyperic Agent's status icon to update the agent status for the virtual machines.

The Issues status is also updated.

The current agent status of the virtual machines appears.
