The Horizon HTML Access help contains help topics for multiple versions of the HTML Access Web client. To use the help effectively, you need to know the version of the HTML Access Web client that you are using and how to search the help for topics that apply to that version

To find the version of the HTML Access Web client that you are using, launch the HTML Access Web client, authenticate, and click the question mark icon.

To quickly locate topics on a subject, you can type a query in the Search text box. The results of your search appear on the Search Results tab.

By default, all the topics in the help are searched. You can create a search list that narrows the scope of your searches to the help for your HTML Access Web client version. The search list is saved so that you can use it again in later sessions.

Click the Narrow search results icon next to the Search text box.

Select Search only the following topics and click New.

Type a name for the search list in the List name text box.

For example, you might type HTML Access 4.1 if you are using the 4.1 version of the HTML Access Web client.

Select the help for your HTML Access Web client version in the Topics to search list and click OK.

Your search list now appears in the Select Search Scope window.

To apply your search list to future search queries, select the search list and click OK.
