You can sometimes resolve problems with Horizon Client by uninstalling and reinstalling the VMware Horizon app from the mobile device.

You uninstall Horizon Client just as you would any Windows Store app.


On your device, go to the Start screen and touch and swipe down or up (or right-click) on the VMware Horizon app.


In the app commands at the bottom of the screen, tap Uninstall.

Reinstall the VMware Horizon app.
