gfsh Files and Directories

These are created inside user's Home directory.

You can list commands in this file which are required to be executed at start-up.

.gemfire/

This directory contains etc sub-directory and gfsh current and archived gfsh_<pid>.log & gfsh_<pid>.gfs (statistics) files. This directory size is limited to approximately 80 MB

.gemfire/etc/DataSerializables.txt

List your DataSerializable class names in this file. All data classes that use a static block to register class ids via Instantiator must be preloaded using this command. You can also use the gfsh option '-c' or the command 'class -l' to load another file.

.gemfire/etc/gfsh.properties

GemFire properties files for gfsh. This file should rarely change.
